Kelly van der Haar is compassionate, caring and very efficient. She handled my claim very quickly and I got a response in record time. Even though there was a discrepancy, this was resolved swiftly and accurately and even with a smile. It's very refreshing to speak to someone who clearly loves animals and has passion for her job and her clients. Very well done to Kelly. You made my day for sure.
