Very good personal service in an electronic age

I have been a very satisfied One Plan Health Insurance policy holder for over 10 years and when we had to move our triplet children , who are now 21 off of our Policy onto their own we had serious miscommunication challenges and were double debited in July! I wrote to complain of being treated as just another `click of the mouse` number and them not taking our long history with One Plan into account (not all rosy from my side with some non-payments along the way!) and very shortly thereafter (like 1/2 hour!) received a call back from Attie Bernado who took over my query and resolved it in the most attentive `good old fashioned service` manner possible! One Plan sorted out my children onto a very reasonably priced separate Policy and, on payment of my first premium have re-instated my Policy (for my wife and I), and given us a `payment holiday` for last month, when we were not covered, allowing us to claim for expenses incurred in July! I am very happy to recommend anyone looking to One Plan as an alternative to Medical Aids which are flipping expensive!
