Very friendly
I contacted to inquire about payments made, but one remained outstanding as I couldn't open an attachment sent in January. After emailing the bill, it was promptly received and acknowledged. Shanice even followed up with a call to confirm receipt and informed me that they were now opening a case. I was greatly impressed.
