Very encouraging and outstanding service call

impressed by Rene ***ley, dispite feeling sick, she answered the call with a bang. i couldnt help but ask if she had it all this morning. she is such a great customer agant, if only we could photocopy them. we need to encourage and edify people like her. I will call them over and over just to be assisted by such a positive spirit and knowledgable person.
