Very dissatisfied customer.
Absolutely atrocious service. Extremely poor response time to claims submission. I am now trying to cancel my policy and getting no response from them. Can only do so by sending an email which they don't respond to and when you try calling, they tell you someone will respond to the email and call you which they don't. Would not recommend them at all.
