UTTERLY RIDICULOUS REASONING

Dear OnePlan. I have received a letter from you repudiating my claim, sighting several reasons - one being that because I had a perfectly successful similar operation 50 years ago I was remiss in not declaring this as a "pre existing condition". Since the previous op was a complete success, the condition no longer existed when I had the accident which caused NEW damage. So - as I understand it, I had my tonsils removed when I was 4 therefore if I get throat cancer I won't be covered because there was a "pre-existing condition"?? I've had 'flu so if I ever get pneumonia there would be a "pre-existing condition"?? Ludicrous. Another reason given was that the radiologiest didn't at any time use the word "injury".!! Really, OnePlan you are clutching at straws. I stand by my conviction that OnePlan's primary concern is definitely NOT people, it lies in their bank balance - which money, by the way, is Mine/ours (the clients) , not yours.
