Useless Pet Insurance- Save yourself and pet
Please save yourself the mental anguish by staying far away from OnePlan pet insurance. They are simply useless. It seems convenient that they front the money, but it's not worth it. When it comes to refunding your money, its a constant back and forth. I've spoken to 5 people who assure me everytime my funds with be sent to my bank card, I'm still waiting. I could go on and on. You're better off with Medipet, Dotsure or Outsurance. Please dont put their pets wellbeing in these people's hands.
