USELESS MEDICAL SCHEME

A close friend of ours is on their medical scheme and this evening began vomiting and suddenly felt as if he could not breath, upon arrival at the hospital and calling them they stated that this to them is not classified as an emergency and therefore will not pay for it!!!??? what is he paying for every month then ????? DO NOT USE ONE PLAN if you want medical help in an emergency.
