Useless claim process
A very bad customer service. They block all covers for a simple transaction of R190 and will never follow up to resolve queries. They take monthly premiums yet deny all claims. The script for R627.00 was loaded in February, they are supposed to pay lousy R190. The script is in whatsapp group and their email, all claims are blocked. They dont even distinguish between beneficiaries.. a block for one member is A block for entire family on the group. Useless customer services

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and for taking the time to speak with us.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the circumstances surrounding your Hellopeter posting. Customer feedback is important to us, as it helps us improve our service and processes to meet our clients' expectations.
A detailed invoice is required when claiming for day-to-day benefits. The invoice for scripted medication will need to include the Pharmacy practice number, the total amount charged, the Patient's name, and the Service date. Should you wish to load funds for another day-to-day claim, we would require for the previous claims to be concluded before loading any further claims. The reason for this is for auditing purposes on our side and to prevent ***** as funds are loaded within 60 seconds onto your Onecard.
Kindly note that in-hospital claims can still be processed as the day-to-day benefit differs from an in-hospital claim.
Should a client experience any issues with uploading the invoice via the Oneplan App, we have various alternative platforms that one can use to upload the invoices. Invoices can be sent to us via Whatsapp on *** / App Chat or an email can be sent to ***.
As per our telephonic conversation, we have proceeded to send an email to your listed email address and we will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
