Useless!
Useless! Every time you phone the help desk, an assistant gives you different information about your policy. Takes forever to reimburse you and has excuses all the time for the "APP" not working, why they cannot reimburse etc. So frustrating to have a policy with them. You always need to follow up and communication is non-exsiting!
