Useless
<p>Pathetic service and a big bunch of lies. Sounded so good when we first app**** and now its all oh but this oh but that and do not want to pay out.. absolutely useless.</p>

Thank you for taking our call and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the complaint .
As per our telephonic discussion an eyelift/bilateral entropion is deemed a hereditary condition which has a 12 month waiting period. This is included in the policy wording and policy schedule.
The only covers that have a one month waiting period are your out of hospital cover such as vet visits, scripted medication, xray, blood tests and routine care.
