Updated review

After my original post with a 1 star rating I was finally contacted and assisted by Mereshnie Dheepnarayan who sorted out the issue within minutes without any hassles for that I would like to increase my rating to 3 stars, her wonderful service has made me feel better but I am still disappointed in the prior service I received so cannot give a 5 star review, I would give her a 5/5 though. The original post: So I took a policy with one plan but after having it for like 3 months I exceeded my claim limit (I paid for 2 injections and ear mite treatment myself but somehow managed to max it out on a single injection and a follow up appointment) and was informed that they will not pay to sterilize my pet and to fix her extended belly button to avoid future complications so I need to pay the full amount and that it only refreshes in November 2021 so I can claim again then (we are in February) so I asked to cancel my policy because if I need to pay for everything myself in anyways then there is no use in paying the policy monthly that is a waste of money. I emailed in and was told I'd be called, I asked that someone call me at a specific time because I work in a call centre and cannot answer the phone but they continue to call at times I am busy, I keep calling back and asking nicely that they call me at 5 and get told sure but no one calls then I email again saying I want to cancel and they call me at a inconvenient time, this is just getting frustrating now.
