Unsatisfactory Service
Unreliable service!!!!!
It's a waste of time because the funds are loaded incorrectly on the card.
I'm at the GP trying to resolve the issues to be able to make payment. In waiting 30 minutes for the funds to be loaded correctly. The pin gets blocked so I had to call customer service again !!!
This is blady embarrassing as the dispensary stuff were waiting for payment.
