Unsatisfactory Service!

Dear Oneplan Management, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding a recent medical claim for my two children. Despite my premiums being collected promptly and without issue, the experience of accessing the benefits I pay for has been fraught with unnecessary obstacles and a complete lack of professional urgency. My complaint centers on the following three areas: 1. Excessive Documentation Requirements My initial claim was rejected due to an "incomplete" previous claim. To resolve this, I provided an official invoice from the doctor’s rooms. I was then further burdened with a request for a card machine receipt. As an invoice is only generated upon payment, this secondary request felt like an unnecessary delay tactic. I eventually had to source a handwritten, stamped receipt from the doctor’s office just to satisfy your requirements—a task that should not be necessary for a paying client dealing with two ill children. 2. Unacceptable Chat Platform Turnaround Times The "Live Chat" service is currently non-functional for urgent needs. I experienced the following repeatedly: Delayed Responses: Waiting up to 45 minutes for an initial agent response. Automatic Disconnection: After waiting nearly an hour, if I did not respond immediately to an agent, the chat was closed, forcing me to restart the entire process from the back of the queue. Lack of Empathy: Expecting a parent caring for a sick 8-month-old and a 5-year-old to remain tethered to a phone for hours just to receive a basic response is unreasonable and shows a lack of compassion. 3. Discrepancy Between Sales and Service Coming from a customer care background myself, I am appalled by the gap between the service "pitched" during sign-up and the reality of the service delivery. In an emergency, a customer should not have to beg for assistance. The current system prioritizes administrative hurdles over the well-being of the beneficiaries. Requested Resolution I still require the reimbur*****t for the funds I had to source personally to cover these medical visits. I request that you: Expedite the processing of my current claim using the documentation already provided. Provide a formal explanation regarding why your chat response times are not aligned with your session timeout windows. Review the conduct of the agents involved to ensure a more empathetic approach to parents dealing with medical emergencies. I was initially a proponent of Oneplan, but this experience has left me reconsidering my policy. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to my claim.
