Unprofessional and handed over
They are good as long as you are and remain a customer. I cancelled Oct 2020. I received a email from a debt collecting company MAY 2021 (8 MONTHS LATER) that I apparently owe Oneplan money? No communication from Oneplan at all just simply handed over??? I have been trying to get more info as to why on earth I owe them money but just keep getting the same message. Very unprofessional !!

It would have been great if you had communicate as efficiently with me before handing my account over 8 months later!!
