03 Mar 2022, 17:21Good day Mboni,
From the outset we sincerely apologize that your experience with Oneplan has not been a pleasant one and apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused you.
Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us the opportunity to further discuss the matter at hand. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
As per our telephonic discussion, one of our consultants will be in contact with you to further explain our motor vehicle product. Kindly note that upon the application of the policy, a Debi check link is sent to your listed cell phone number. The link enables the client to accept a Debi check mandate which indicates to your bank that this is an authorized debit order.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
Once again apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to restore the experience.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
