Unjustified Premium Increase by 70%

February 2018, One Plan decides to increase my premium by 70%, from R650 to R1109. They did not call me to discuss this increase, they did not send me new policy documents in this regard. Only at the end of April 2018, i noticed this increase, So i called the call center, they told me some story about One Plan did recalculations on my policy, and if i have a problem with that i must send an email to the complaints department. Now the complaints department has a 21 day turn around time to address complaints. In the 4 years i have been with One Plan, i have never claimed a cent from them, i have paid every single premium to date....This whole issue is very disappointing
