UNHAPPY CLIENT

I am having issues already and i have just started with the policy.

1st - I filled in all my relevent details, they took down the wrong details in and then said to me debi check will be sent, IT WAS NEVER SENT TO ME. I had been calling and asking them to sort it out, they get back to you on their own time. they then had the wrong details and said to me that the amount had returned but it was not even paid yet as this was an issue on their side.

2nd - I phoned in myself and had someone try sort the issue out so that my policy can start and i can pay, i had then by this time already made payment to a link that was sent to me.

3rd - They then were supposed to make a note on their system to say everything is in order, paid for and that my policy is then going to start. As this is what they said to me, (THIS THEN WAS NEVER THE CASE) as they kept calling me to say my amount bounced that i must still pay. THIS IS BULL**** !

4th - I call again and speak to them and ask them what is the status of my card and is it going to be delivered, they kept telling me in 30days of payment. NOW, I have paid end Jan, I understand that i am still within the 30days, BUT yesterday when i called to ask, i spoke to a lady Mapaseka and she mentioned to me that NONE of the above was noted on the system EVEN though it was told to me. THAT NO ONE has yet to log my card that it is on the way!

My Policy is supposed to start in FEB as per my documents received and my payment in JAN!!!! Today i ask for follow up and they tell me my policy is only starting in March and there is still no update on my card.

I ask for someone to call me and no one does.

I WANT THIS SORTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have barely started this policy and i am an UNHAPPY client for stupid **** that can easily be sorted. WHY IS THIS SO ****ING HARD.

HAVE MANAGEMENT PHONE IMMEDIATELY AS I HAVE REQUESTED

I am waiting! You people are quick to bother when we must pay and join but look now.
