Underhanded dealings and double standards
So we signed up for pet cover, within the first month according to their consultant, they don't cover euthanization due to this been a cooling off period, they however refuse to refund you your first installment even though their contract says this is a cooling off period and their terms and conditions says they will refund, do not trust this company, all they are out to do is take your money and will make their rules suit themselves and don't uphold the same rules to themselves.

07 Sept 2020, 18:22Do not trust this company, very sneaky and misleading, I have logged a complaint with the Ombudsman, the policy documents shared on their website differs from what they actually share with you in the event of a dispute.

As per our telephonic discussion and the policy schedule provided upon the completion of the sale of the policy, the cooling off period is 7 days from agreeing to take up the policy. There after any cancellation request received will need to serve a calendar months notice.
