Unclear about their T&Cs!

Pensioner who thinks I need a medical plan as my pension is not substantial and need a plan that will assist me. At the signup stage you are promised the world and note my requirements were not huge; required peace of mind when admiration to hospital is needed and a medical plan to cover my scripted meds. So you sign up coz that’s what they promise you will get. However as always ALL lies! Meds not covered in full, the pensioner must still pay in a 2/3 portion! Then today I follow process by having to log-in and claims this small amount for my monthly meds, you get told no you exceeded your claim! I’m a pensioner how must I manage my meds and cover the rest of daily life costs? All the agent says sorry for the inconvenience - as always this is how the elderly are mistreated!
