Unauthorized deduction from bank account from One Plan
I've been communicating with OnePlan because I have to pay a medical insurance as a divorce agreement for my ex. JCN van der Berg. I've told them I don't allow them to deduct anything extra from my account and they just went and deduct extra money from my account for a card. I didn't sign anything or gave them permission. Isn't this ******* to deduct money from a persons account if you didn't get the permission from that person.
That wasn't my agreement with OnePlan and i want to know what I can do about this situation.
