Typically prompt and efficient service
Typically prompt and efficient service. The App is very convenient. Had one experience where I felt the application of rules was too rigid, however the issue was resolved. With respect to the service all involved from consult to supervisor and manager the service was faultless. Overall I am happy with OnePlan
