Tshegofatso, Megan & Simphiwe what can I say other than WOW. Every time I contact Oneplan Pet Insurance the experience is just amazing. Always helpful, always fast. Courteous. They always go the extra mile... if you're being dramatic about the state of your pets.. they completely empathize and are right there with you. They are sincere and just make the day a whole lot better. I will never change my insurer literally just because of the level of customer service. Impeccable and admirable. Thanks again guys. I hope you get a raise or a massive Christmas Bonus. .🌺
