Totally F***** off
I am absolutely irritated with One Plan. They make it sound as if their claim process is so easy, yet they are always rejecting my claims and suspending my policy Now it's my job to get detailed invoices from the doctor. I am totally ****ed off with regards to the service and the way they work. I am on the verge of cancelling my policy.
