Took me a while to get help
Took me a while to get help. The intro pro bot machine doesn't do too well but chatting to an agent really helped a lot. We could follow each other in my issues. Ntokozo Sokamisa was really helpful and brilliantly quick to grasp what the matter is and very prompt in resolving the issue. Great communication, polite and professional. You do as she asks and you get a response instantly from her.
