This review goes out to Sheldon Naidoo. Words cannot fully express my gratitude. I have never met him, yet he walked with me through one of the darkest times of my life. After my appendectomy last June, Sheldon assisted me while I was recovering. Soon after, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and my world fell apart. Sheldon became part of my village, explaining everything, advocating for me, and lifting the financial stress so I could focus on healing. He has a rare way of making you feel like his only client. He is present, compassionate, and dependable. In moments where my experience was challenging, he remained a constant source of support. He may say he was just doing his job, but his impact on my life goes far beyond that. When I think of OnePlan, I think of Sheldon. He is the reason I will always recommend them.
