Due to incorrect information being sent from my oncologist’s accounts department, my claim had been left dormant for some time. Radeshan stepped in, took ownership of the matter, and ensured not only that this claim was processed, but that all my claims were expedited. I truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and problem-solving skills. He embodies the best of customer service, proactive, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping clients.
