This morning I had to deal with One Plan over an amount that I was not in agreement with and queried it
This morning I had to deal with One Plan over an amount that I was not in agreement with and queried it. Shari Govender contacted me right away and was very professional and understanding. She contacted me back again stating that the amount has been amended and has gone back to the correct figure. All this was done within 30 minutes.
