This company will do anything to avoid paying out
Avoid avoid avoid. Terms and conditions state "All waiting periods will be waived if your pet was on insurance for 12 months prior to policy inception". Except, they only waive the one of the waiting periods. Then, when it's finally open, they will find any reason to exclude payments. Dog has a skin condition, vet indicated a medicated bath. Oneplan then repudiated claim (we don't cover medicated baths). Waste of premiums, I regret switching here from MediPet who had far superior service.

As per our discussion, we do waiver the waiting period for our illness in hospital feature, however, we are unable to cover your claim that was submitted as illness-in-hospital as this falls under a general exclusion.
Should your claim fall under a general exclusion, waiting periods cannot be voided.
