I have asked and mailed and phoned to not incept a policy and yet for 4 months now they try to take money off my account and I land up with over 600 in return debit order fees. I want my money back for that and for them to stop calling me 3x a day every day including saturdays. 88 calls in 3 MONTHS IS RIDICULOUS

We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us, and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations. We have attempted to contact you on the listed number; however, it was to no avail.
Kindly note that records on our system reflect that the sales consultant contacted you on the 5th of April 2022 as the application of cover was finalized for the cover to commence on the 1st of May 2022 and your requested debit date was the 7th of every month. Due to this an attempt was made to debit your nominated bank account on the 7th of May 2022.
On the 17th of May we received an email from you to change your policy start date to the 01st of June 2022. On the 30th of May we received another email to change the start date to the 01st of July 2022 and it was confirmed that your premium will be debited on the 07th of July 2022.
As per our policy terms and conditions please note that any cancellation requests must be sent in writing to ***. There is a one calendar month notice period for all cancellation requests. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
We have acknowledged your complaint and we have escalated the matter to the relevant department. This matter has been dealt as a priority; one of our consultants will be in contact with you to further investigate the matter and to assist with the cancellation of your policy.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
