They ***** your money

I can’t begin to explain. I have never had problems the way I do now. I moved two of my cats to the Super Plan in JULY, I kept the other two on the Classic Plan (payment is from another account for this plan). This seems simple, right? You’d think.

- They charged me 2 different amounts end of July. They then charge me R1700 now in August because apparently all 4 cats are now on one plan. How? - I had an outstanding claim before moving to the Super Plan because apparently my cats names weren’t on the invoice BUT THEY WERE. I showed them where it was but Nicole Opperman kept telling me that I can’t have 2 of the same policies and I’m like?? What do you mean? I have a Classic and a Super Plan. It took forever to get her to understand what I was trying to say and she still didn’t get it. She kept asking me if she should cancel one of the plans and for the life of me I was begging her to not do anything because she clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I was then transferred to the claims department and they say I can’t claim for Milo and Azi because that claim was for their previous policy - it isn’t my fault that they couldn’t see my cats names on the invoice. Anyways, the gentleman says he will move Milo and Azi back to the classic plan so they can process the claim and move them back to the Super Plan. I was happy (shouldn’t have been) - I see that over R1700 leaves my account and I am told it’s because all cats are on the same policy. God. I have to explain everything all over again. The lady then calculates how much needs to be refunded to me. - She now says I can’t get the refund because THERE IS A CLAIM PENDING. The same claim I was fighting about? That made them charge me so much money in the first place when I called to rectify? - At 1.59pm today she says she will transfer me to Claims. It’s 4.18pm and no one is replying to me.

I want to cry the way I am frustrated. I need to take my babies to the vet but I don’t have a flying clue on what the HELL is happening.

I also just saw a review of a client complaining about overcharging. What is happening? Are you *****ing from us now?

And then you’ll tell me the refund will take 14 days. Does it take you 14 days to take money out of my account when it’s due? Do you give me a 2 week grace period to pay my account? I want my money back the same quick way you take it out.

Someone needs to send me money back now so I can cancel this. I am forwarding this to everyone I know so that they can monitor their accounts. I hadn’t even seen the extra money they took out end of July until I saw this large sum they took this month. BE CAREFUL. When you finish reading this, check all payments Oneplan has taken from you.

SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW THE HELL ONEPLAN OPERATES NEEDS TO CONTACT ME BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF BEING TRANSFERRED. ONE PERSON WHO HAS ACCESS TO ALL DEPARTMENTS NEEDS TO DEAL WITH THIS NOW.
