They took my money; then they cancelled 48 hours later

Our team made multiple attempts to contact you to discuss your policy and to request the outstanding documentation required for underwriting review. We also sent emails advising you of the information needed and the importance of engaging with us to complete the policy application process. Unfortunately, as we were unable to reach you, we could not obtain or share the required information from both sides. 

Please note that it is standard procedure that a policy cannot proceed to activation or final approval if underwriting requirements are not met. The information requested is essential for the application to be properly reviewed and assessed by our underwriting team. 

We regret any frustration this may have caused and remain committed to resolving matters as soon as we are able to make contact and receive the necessary documentation. Please respond to any of the emails sent to you and provide an alternative number that we may reach you on and a convenient time to contact you for further assistance, Additionally, please submit the required documents via email should you wish to proceed with the policy.
