They refuse to cancel the Policy so they can keep on taking your money
For an Insurance I find it so pathetic that you are not given a choice to cancel the cover with immediate effect. If you recently took the cover and a month later you realize it will not work for you why must you serve a one month notice. Total Nonsense. Stop debiting my account immediately. I sent a cancellation email on the 5th of Feb and I am only told the policy will only be cancelled on the 31st of March.
