12 Jul 2025, 15:18Dear Lynette,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
We have reviewed your complaint and upon investigation have noted that funds were loaded into your Oneplan claims card, however, you attempted to withdraw funds higher than the available amount on 3 occasions and this led to negative charges on the card. Kindly note that there are applicable charges when trying to withdraw funds from the Oneplan Claims card, hence you would not be able to withdraw the full balance from the card. The remaining funds from the claim were then reversed due to not being utilized. The negative charges led to an outstanding balance that is required to be paid back to recover the claim. Until the claim has been sorted, you will not be able to load new claims on the policy.
Once again, we apologize for the experience you've had and hope this clarifies the matter.
Kind regards,
Oneplan.
