They are the easiest company to have when you need a query answered
They are the easiest company to have when you need a query answered. I specifically left Discovery because it was always a nightmare to reach anyone. Oneplan portal is user friendly, the WhatsApp support is amazing and the claim process is quick and you don’t have to pull your hair out to get answers
