There’s still room for improvement, but there has been improvement
There’s still room for improvement, but there has been improvement. The One Plan App needs attention, sometimes feels like there’s a missing link. Communication via whatsapp is better from time to time. The robot thing doesn’t work for me. Today I want to compliment Krystal. Good and effective communication. Thank you. I find sometimes people are reading these messages, but they don’t focus/concentrate while reading. Krystal gave me sensible and logic feedback regarding my information and communication with One Plan on Whatsapp.
