Thembekile Mlombi
I'm so satisfied with Oneplan pet insurance. Specifically with Thembekile Mlombi the Sales Consultant who explained everything to me over the phone. We laughed so hard because of my "A-grade" english, as I'm actually Afrikaans. She explained everything so well and I could clearly hear what she was saying the whole 40 minute phone call. I'm Super Satisfied. If I could give her 10 Stars I definitely would've. She was excellent!
