Their agents like Athi are really nice and helpful, I just feel like they could outline their policy better, as I had a casualty situation and the medication prescribed was not covered under the casualty funds I had to pay it from diffrent funds meaning I had less funds available for other day to day treatments and I had to pay out of pocket.
