The Worst Medical Insurance Company EVER
<p>My first complaint not very long ago, was for not getting hold of someone regarding an emergency, after phoning various times. I received a call to say that they are investigating the situation as to why no one answered our calls. </p> <p>Six days ago I sent an email to cancel my policy with immediate effect. 3 Days ago I sent yet another email to cancel my policy and NOBODY has rep**** to my email or phoned me. </p> <p>I cancelled the debit order with my bank and I was sent an sms saying that my policy is suspended. And I just received an sms to say that my account has been debited. </p> <p>I want my money back. I am not going to leave this here.</p> <p>Oneplan is the worst medical insurance I've ever come across. </p>
