The swiping method of payment poses a problem at times because most of our local Doctors do not have speed points.

Kindly note should you experience issues with swiping the Onecard at the doctors rooms, the funds can be withdraw from an ATM, however please note that standard ATM charges will be applicable. or you can also choose to pay the doctor and claim for a refund up to the cover limit.
