The staff are generally good
The staff are generally good. They have to clarify a lot of confusing messages and emails sent which I now understand to be standard computerised messaging. I also don't like the idea of monies loaded to ßandard vank then we can not withdraw the full amount. Now I'm being told the bank charges R24 for withdrawals which is not our prefered bank. It's expensive and ridiculous
