The service was not too bad, no fault of Athi, she was an amazing help...thank you but they are taking way to long processing my claim. This was my second attempt and they are now having issues processing and paying the funds back into my account. I've been waiting almost a month and then followed up now I have to wait 5 business days for anything to happen
