The service was nice until this month where there was alot of confusion with consultants just opening new policies for me after cancellation of existing policies. But Zarina Hartley solved the issue for me in a blink of an eye when someone had told me they cannot reactivate a cancelled policy and offered to open another one (3rd policy in a space of a month) I am so happy with Zarina's customer support
