The service provided by Lungelo Thabethe was excellent and I appreciate the time taken to deal with my claim
<div>The service provided by Lungelo Thabethe was excellent and I appreciate the time taken to deal with my claim. They were very patient in dealing with my situation. They deserve 5 stars. The process to submit a claim has become more difficult than what it used to be, and an update to their customer experience should be considered.</div>
