The reason I decide to leave it is because always after consulting I l have to pay eg one Plan pay R420 while the doctor charged R500

Our benefits are covered up to the stated limits of the specific plan you select. If a doctor, dentist, or service provider charges more than the benefit amount included in your plan, the difference will need to be paid by the client. 

We know every client’s needs are different, which is why we offer a range of plans with different benefit levels. If you feel that your current plan’s limits are not meeting your expectations, you do have the option to upgrade to a plan that offers higher limits to better match your medical needs.
