The rating is specifically for Sheldon and radeshan. As they are the only 2 who went well beyond their role to ensure they resolve my query and ensure that the patient comes first. Their drive, tenacity and urgency to help a patient is truly outstanding. They are both great assets to the company and are 2 of very very few who actually live the company values.
