The Oneplan app isn't the greatest when it comes to technical clarity
The Oneplan app isn't the greatest when it comes to technical clarity. Lots of bugs. But luckily the option to chat to consultants are extremely useful. I was able to process my claims hassle free with the help of Karabo Malefetsane, whom was very patient and guide me through the process with no frustrations! Happy client indeed!
