THE MOST USELESS MEDICAL AID!!
<p>I joined One Plan medical aid in July of this year and i am never sick, i'm an extremely healthy person however, yesterday i went for a check up to my Gynaecologist and was informed i have 2 big cysts which need to be removed. I immediately contacted One Plan this morning to get Pre authorisation and was told, "sorry you are not covered - there is a 12 month waiting period". THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULL**** AND I AM FURIOUS! What is the point of being "covered" for in hospital treatment to find out you are NOT actually covered. What am i paying them for..? All they seem to cover for is a simple panado over the counter. I am absolutely outraged at this pathetic service and i am therefore cancelling my policy with One Plan.</p>

With regards to the hospitalization cover, kindly note that you are still within the waiting periods on your policy. Please refer to the email that we have sent you.
We have gone on and cancelled the policy for 01/11/2016. There won’t be any further debits on your account for the premiums.
