The most caring pet insurance company
I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my absolute baby, my cat TomTom, to sleep due to his declining health. It has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through.
A few days later, I received the most beautiful surprise from OnePlan Pet Insurance — a thoughtful sympathy card and a memorial candle in remembrance of TomTom. Such a small gesture may seem simple to some, but during such a painful time it meant absolutely everything to me. It genuinely made my heart feel a little less hollow.
People deserve to know that this company truly cares, not just about policies and claims, but about the pets who are family and the people who love them. Their compassion and kindness during one of my saddest moments will never be forgotten.
