The customer service from OnePlan has been consistently excellent
The customer service from OnePlan has been consistently excellent. Although I experienced a few minor issues with the system during my time with them, each one was resolved quickly and efficiently thanks to the support team. The staff are friendly, professional, and always on the ball. I was assisted by Thato Lenyanyabedi, Wisane, and Nompumelelo on different occasions, and each of them made me feel like a truly valued customer. Their prompt assistance and genuine care really stood out.
